My guess was wrong. But, I started to think that the girl in Jiraiya's team was Kushina. In Jiraiya's and Tsunade's conversation, they said that she was a tomboy that didn't start to look pretty until she was older.

first, the girl in the middle was not konan 
second, the boy on the left was not  even "pein" or rather PAIN 
third, kushina is chubby when she was young like a tomato because of the red hair . . .
