Due to lack of feats, it seems difficult to tell how powerful Ozymandias really is. Catching a bullet is a nice thing to say you've done but where does it put you in terms of who you can defeat in a one-on-one battle? Who do you think is the most deadly foe Adrian can beat? In terms of rules, morals can be on or off and location is up to you but this is a random encounter with standard gear.
