Bio
Otis was living in Hershel's farm for safety along with his girlfriend Patricia. He shot Carl Grimes by accident and after the groups of survivors left the farm and find the prison, he stayed behind to take care of the livestock. He seems to have some racial issues.
When Rick and the rest of the group returned form Woodbury, the prison had been overrun by zombies. One of them was Otis but it's unknown how exactly he died.
