The leader of the Autobots in their war against the Decepticons, Optimus Prime is a noble robot that believes freedom is the right of all sentient beings. No, that was supposed to be named Brawl. That tank guy. Oh yeah Brawl in the G1 sereis was a modified hi-tech tank and was par of the Combaticons group (Onslaught the leader, Brawl, Swindle, Vortex and Blastoff) who all mereged together to form Bruticus...
And besides the the Constructicons are in the movie and they are ones that form Devastator so...
Note also that Hook is the leader of the Constructicons not Scrapper.

My Transformers history is a little fuzzy but according to Devastator's page, he's made up of the Constructicons. His right "hand" looks like bulldozer/tractor wheels.

Eh you know whats funny though? Is that Optimus Prime in the first film killed Bonecrusher, and in the G1 series Bonecrusher was part of the Constructicons that formed Devastator.

I know that if you follow the comics/cartoons Devastator would be this...I am just saying I thought in the first film they made the Tank Devastator....they deviated from canon quite a bit.

Well it takes place in a different universe from the G1 series. But uses alot of the G1 names though and likeness. Theres a Beast Wars character that will be in the movie(or at least the name) . Depthcharge.
I can't wait to see this movie, I think this movie might be better X-Men Orgins:Wolverine. X-Men Orgins:Wolverine doesn't look that good to me,but I think the game will. Anyways this Transformers movie will be awsome.
