    Alexander Belisle, a demon lord, contracted an agreement with United States government employee Graves to supply demon blood to allow the military to create half-breed super soldiers. The governement selected those with no choice but to undergo the procedure and formed Operation: Hellstrike to combat threats that were too much for Operation: Knightstrike to handle. The team was led by Belisle's half-demon son, Devlin Trask.
