Just got the official word that issue one sold out. Marvel's reprinting it. I thought it was okay. Does anyone else have an opinion on this issue? I think the potential is there.

But it sold out. I'm thinking maybe they didn't have huge hopes and didn't print so much. Actually I think the way it works is they usually print the amount ordered by the retailers. No one wants to get stuck with a slew of old issues. Back issues aren't really what comic stores want to deal with even though there's the possibility of an old issue going up in price. They get plenty off the "dealer incentive" copies.
I only got it because I saw a preview somewhere that looked good. From there it was a little disappointing. I guess Marvel didn't print that many or they under-estimated their power of hype.

I think everyone just really wanted to see Beta Ray in a comic book again...those poor souls never realized he wasnt in it until it was too late and they left the store :(
