    Biography

    Nylor Truggs was a small time criminal from the 30th century who stole a H-Dial from a Superheroes Museum to convert himself in a big supervillian. However as he was stealing the H-Dial, he was entangled in a fight against Chameleon Boy. To escape him, Nylor messed with the dial buttons and traveled back in time one thousand years, where he was trapped. There, he searched for help in a young Lex Luthor who promised help him.

    His whole scheme however fell apart when the Legion of Super-heroes came hunting him and helped Superboy (Clark Kent ) to defeat Nylor. The final humilliation was for Nylor, because his dial was destroyed by Krypto, the super-dog.
