Annihilus is an insectoid being from the Negative Zone. He is a nihilist and a constant threat to life anywhere. He is a longtime foe of the Fantastic Four.

The super-strong mutant Beef, Wilson Buford, would be the second to the last mutant youth to be recruited into the original Hellions & the second to die at the hands of Fitzroy. Beef appeared only twice as part of the team before his death.

The Condor is one of Nova's first and deadliest enemies. A member of the Avian race, Condor's back contains a set of natural wings which allow him to fly. The brilliant scientist left the Avian city in the clouds to become a master crimelord. Condor was also responsible for bringing the Xandarian warrior, Powerhouse, under his control to battle Nova. After battling the Sphinx, Condor was transformed into an actual condor. He was later revived by a race of intelligent creatures.

Arch Dyker, a former Golden Gloves boxing champion, was a petty thief until he broke into the South Hampton Science Institute. As he was attempting to steal some precious gems, he tripped and fell in front of a diamond-powered laser. As Diamondhead, Arch Dyker has diamond-hard skin and super-strength.

Garthan Saal absorbed the vast majority of the entire Nova-Force, minus the tiny fraction Rich Rider contained. The power drove Saal insane, he subsequently attacked Earth and battled the Avengers.

Formerly Moon Knight's "sidekick" for a brief period, Midnight has returned with deadly intentions. In order to gain Moon Knight's attention, he has brutally killed several people.

Firestar, then a member of the Hellions, would desert her team to join the New Warriors. This resulted in an all out battle for the membership of Firestar. The winner kept her. One Hellion versus one New Warriors. The winner would be the team with the most wins. This battle of attrition leading to a lose by the Hellions. Tarot would do battle with Justice. The fight would see Tarot winning but being knocked unconscious at the same time. Tarot's hate for the New Warriors and Firestar was like no other.

Thanos was born on a moon orbiting Saturn called Titan. Thanos was born a Eternals' but has a gene in his genetic code that give him the appearance of a Deviant. The Deviants is a cousin race to the eternals. Growing up Thanos is mindful of his appearance and becomes distant. Although his fellow Eternals treated him no different, his bitterness of being different drove him insane. Thanos became fascinated with nihilism and embarked on a quest to "please" death. Thanos became an expert in the use of bionics and mysticism and augments his abilities making him the most powerful of the Eternals. He later conducted a nuclear bombardment of Titan that kills millions of his race. His mother was thought to have died in the attack, but she survived and was later kidnapped and dissected by Thanos. Thanos later traveled to Earth and built a base with a universal translator so he could communicate with his alien mercenaries. Earths heroes found the base and destroyed it. The Avengers along with Captain Marvel battle his minions and destroy them. Thanos ends up retrieving the cosmic cube and murders a large percentage of the Universe. He ended up discarding the cosmic cube when he thought it was drained of all power. Captain Marvel actually destroyed the cube which undone everything that Thanos had achieved. Thanos was eventually defeated by Earths heroes and returned to deep space. Thanos remains a power cosmic being, and a threat to our galaxy. His never ending passion to death will exist as long as he has power.
