    The Story:Richard Rider, now without the Nova Force, is slowly dying back on Earth. Quasar gives him the Quantum Bands as a temporary way of saving his life. A group of Nova Centurions was defeated and later slaughtered at the hands of the Imperial Guard. Richard Rider's brother Robbie decides to take matters into his own hands and tracks them down.
