If Noh Varr goes through with taking the mantle of Captain Marvel, I have a couple things I'm wondering about:

1. Is he gonna have some form of the Nega-bands? If so, the real ones? The one's from Kh'nr? How powerful would that make him?

2. Is he a good guy now? If so, how good of a guy? Captain Marvel good, or just a figure-head good? Seeing as he is with the Dark Avengers and all.

3. Say something crazy happens and somehow the real Mar-Vell comes back.. something like this wouldn't piss him off like Clone Thor pissed off real Thor, would it?

1. No, he is not shown having the Nega-Bands. He is just taking the name. Last person to have the Nega-Bands was Mar-Vell's Daughter, Phyla-Vell.
2. He is goodish. He is doing what he believes is "right", now weather others believe in his version of right is up to them.
3. Why would he be pissed? There have already been other Captain Marvel's(Genis-Vell, Photon, Phyla-Vell, Skrull), why would this one make him pissed?

I hope they let it stick. There has been 3 a think so far to take it up.

i was always kind of hoping genis would be back! imo he was the best and most interesting! he should come back as cap marvel and not photon! i always thought that mar-vell was kind of bland!

Marvel doesn't NEED Captain Marvel.

As long as Noh-Varr doesn't wear Cap's costume I'm fine. He is a pretty cool character, and I certainly wouldn't mind seeing him slap some people around in coming issues.

I honestly didn't expect him to be an Avenger.I thought he was going to be a villain."

I think that he is just doesn't stick out in the Dark Avengers. I mean, the roster is great and all, but Noh-Varr is more of a nuisance in the team..
