    Noh-Varr was the youngest member of a Kree diplomatic team that was blown out of the sky after reaching Earth. Noh-Varr was the only one who survived. He then vowed vengeance on all mankind but was later tasked with protecting them in the name of the Kree, becoming Captain Marvel and later the Protector. After being forced out of the Avengers, he would then become a part of the Young Avengers.

    When The Marvel (The 18th Diplomatic Kree Gestalt's Dimension Schooner) was being dragged across the Omniverse, Noh-Varr briefly encountered both an evil version of himself and a version who had taken up the mantle of a Captain America-like superhero.

    Noh-Varr is an Ensign in the Kree Military who Katie Power thought made fun of her. While explaining that he did not and that he was physically more superior to her in every way Katie knocked him out with a single concussion blast and claimed that he had used one "High Concept" too many (an all-too obvious jab at Grant Morrison's imagination).

    I think it's from Skrulls vs. Power Pack #2.  I think he's in just that issue, but I'm not 100% sure.

    The Superspectrum Worlds were shown in Marvel Boy #5 when Noh-Varr was recapping what happened to him and his crew before Midas shot them down and stranded Noh-Varr on Earth-616. There was the "Mirror" Noh-Varr Universe, the Captain Nohmerica Universe, The "What If a Million Billion Trillion duplicates of The Impossible Man conquered the Universe?" Universe and The "What If The Authority had become The Avengers?" Universe.

    He never remember him telling anything about the universes he went to, just little flashes of different ones.
