Nite-Owl was only good (IMO) in the movie. In the comic, he was lame as hell and did almost nothing.

batman probably but i think nite owl was pretty cool in the film (havnt read the comic) and i thought he costume was pretty awsome considering the owl theme

Comic Nite-Owl sucks, Movie Nite-Owl is better, but Batman is the best.

There are several points you need to consider when you think about this question... You have to first consider the fact that Nite Owl is a character based on Batman..    Even the writers of the original comic say this.  So it is sufficient to say Batman wins on that aspect.  He was original, nite owl was the second.   Copies as we all know are never as good as the original. 
 
The second point we have to look at is, fighting ability..   Who is the better fighter?  
 
Bruce Wayne was classicly trained in several different forms of martial arts.  He has a mentality that more closely resembles Rorschach, only not quite a psychotic, and murderous.  He is not clouded by moral judgements that hold Dan Drieberg back.  It has been shown that he can in some ways dissassociate while fighting, which is something that Dan could never do.  However.   Dan is encumbered by his own inabiity to step out of the moment and become the hero he needs to be.  He doesn't understand the fact that he can not be  "soft" ..    Batman clearly wins in the fight aspect..  So again batman is on top.
 
Finally, you gotta think of one other thing....   Batman already stomped the piss out of Owlman...  Who obviously is the same thing as nite owl...

I think Night Owl could beat Batman at Battleship, horseshoes, Duck Hunt for the original Nintendo, Trivial Pursuit (1985 edition) or Sorry, 
but not Monopoly, Rock-Paper-Scissors, Hop-Scotch, Thumb Wars, Donkey Kong, Street Fighter II Turbo, Operation, Uno, Life, Dance Dance Revolution, Scrabble or a fist fight.

batman would run nite owl with the batmobile or blow archie out of the sky with the bat-plane when nite owl tried to fly away

OK So sinse the original Nite Owl was a 40's superhero and batman was created in the 40's lets start that battle
