The first words out of my mouth at the third page was HOLY SH!T. This comic lets you in and wont let you go till someones ass has got beat, and in this one they all get their butts handed to them. I havnt been a avid NW fan for quite sometime, I like NW as a character but his own series wasnt something i kept up with all the time. And this Issue has brought me into it, I will continue reading this series

In this issue Nightwing is affected by the Scarecrows fear toxin, this makes him hallucinate that he is surrounded by many of his and Batmans worst enemies. He fights through them just to get to the man who is trying to kill Carol. Flat out, this is wall to wall action. Yet the underlying messgae here is that Bruce Wayne trained Dick Grayson to have a very clear and disciplined mind.
This is just an incredible issue with a very unsurprising surprise twist. Hpwever it does make for a good advertisement for the next issue.
