Harvey Dent seeks out Nightwings help. An old friend of his is planning to testify in court and because of that she has become a target of an assassination. The main attraction here is definitely the dialogue. The back and forth between Nightwing and Harvey dent show us a past that only someone who has done their research could have written.  That being said, the back story just falls of the page in large regards to the art. The facial expressions during the conversation tell at least as much of the story here as the words do. Now the book is good. Real good in fact, but it carries the RIP label on it with no good reason at all. This is not a flaw to the book, it is just shadey marketing.
