    Goodbye Little Brother 0

I must say, of all the Requiem issues, this is the one I was most looking forward to. While Batman & Robin #18 was such a great, emotional issue, how Damian’s death affects Dick Grayson was something that had potential to be memorable. And boy, does Kyle Higgins nail it here. Dick is, once again, an emotional wreck. And understandably so. While still working out the aftermath of Death of the Family, he has now lost his little brother. Damian’s pep-talk with Dick from Issue #17 is revisited h...

Slow BurnI'm not sure I've come straight out and said this in any previous reviews, but I've really been a bit disappointed with Higgins' Nightwing. I've heard lots of interviews with Kyle Higgins, and it is clear the guy is a true fan of Dick Grayson; he seems to get the character, yet when pen meets paper, the results are mixed. There are almost no issues of the DCNU Nightwing I would classify as bad, but Dick Grayson has no longer been adopted and/or raised by Bruce, Dick Grayson gets routine...

WARNING, THERE BE SPOILERS!!!There is a lot hype around this issue, curtosy to our own G-Man. As it is pretty much well known, Dick is moving to Chicago, and though I had a suspiscion that a person from his past was the cause, ie Zane, it seems that there is a much more serious reason why Dick is leaving. Meanwhile, The Dealer is auctioning off his father's uniform, and while Dick is struggling with everything that is happening in his life, he must also come to grip with Damian's death. How will...

    Burying A Brother 0

This cover is REALLY intense, like pretty much all the Requiem covers, but I don't understand why Batgirl's there. She wasn't there for the Death of Robin, she's not in this issue.... what's with her presence on the cover? The interior art is mostly good, like last issue, but just isn't consistently strong. There's one scene in particular that bugs me to no end. It's a particularly potent moment, where Dick is listening to his answering machine and opens up a package containing the game he was go...

    Amazing issue 0

I really loved this issue. I loved how Kyle got into the Requiem story. This issue starts before Damian's death and it's a part from Nightwing #17. Then we cut to Dick at Damian's grave. Dick then goes back to his apartment and gets a call from Sonia Branch (Zucco). Dick then sees a game that Damian wanted to play and throws his phone into a wall. the next day he meets Sonia at a diner. Then Batman comes and tells him the Dealer is auctioning of something very important to Dick. Dick goes to the...
