    Right From the top, I can say that the cover to this issue could easily be a poster. Great Image. In This issue Nightwing knows that Harvey Dent is still in New York, and he is mad that Night Wing could not stop Two Face from killing his friend District Attourney Caroll Birmingham.  I think this issue works because of all the set up issues.
