    The first Skywald magazine 0

    For better and worse, the debut issue of Nightmare is very much a Creepy/Eerie knockoff -- for better because those are very high quality mags to imitate, and for worse because it's disappointing not so see this title come up with its own wrinkle on the horror comic. The art is consistently great throughout, but the quality of writing varies wildly with the worst story being the opener/cover story, a ham-fisted allegory about pollution. A few stories are reprints/redraws from old 50's Avon horro...
