Plot Summary

Kurt's journey along the winding way begins in earnest as he, buddy Logan, and hottie nurse Christine Palmer travel to the eerie forests of Bavaria, where our favorite blue elf was raised by the gypsy enchantress, Margali Szardos. But what are the dark forces compelling Kurt to revisit his past?

Kurt and Logan have gone to Wizeldorf in Bavaria, Germany with Nurse Palmer tagging along. We see scenes from Kurt's toddlerhood and adolescence, including a waterered-down version of how Stefan made Kurt promise to kill him if he ever turned evil and took an innocent life that was revealed in X-Men (first series) Annual #4. The Szardos are erroneously referred to as Kurt's "step", instead of "foster", mother/brother/sister. Stefan's name is misspelled "Stephen". Kurt's old circus may be in terrible trouble.
