A team of supervillains based in Los Angeles. The group had a mystical/occult theme in their ranks. They were lead by Shroud, who used them as a guise to give him access to the underworld. Edit
Night Shift is a group of supernaturally oriented villains originally organized by the Shroud. The Shrouds true purpose for the group is to combat evil that occurs during the night hours,
sleazy underworld crime figures in particular. Because of this they became known has the Night Shift.
The group consist of an ever-growing and changing roster.
Two of the more important actions came when they assisted Captain America against Dr. Malus and the Power Brokers, whoes experiments flooded Los Angeles's sewers with rejected mutations from the Unlimited Class Wrestling federation.
The second occured when the Shroud was absent, and Danson Macabre ordered an attack against the Wast Coast Avengers in retaliation for the arrest of the Digger, a Night Shift member.
The attack was unsuccessful but Night Shift escaped with the Srouds assistance. Their head quarters is a haunted estate in the Santa Monica Mountains.
