After an embarassing confrontation on the Ylum main concourse, Horatio retreats to his inner sanctum to lose himself in a movie. He watches The Killing Joke, wherein we find out what happened to Clonezone the Hilariator after he left Nexus and Judah prior to their trip to the bowl shaped world. Sundra makes plans to leave for Mars after consulting with Mezzrow and Dave. Twilly comes a step closer to his quarry by befriending Nexus' bodyguard Kreed, and Horatio gets a visit from a pair of old friends.
