Spider-Man’s Friends & Foes Join The Secret Invasion!

This is a tie-in that makes sense to me.  We know that the stories in Amazing Spider-Man have their own schedule and that's why it's not directly involved (just like Fantastic Four). 

With Spider-Man kind of stuck in the Savage Land fighting Skrulls, it makes sense to see what is going on back in Manhattan.  It's also always nice when Jackpot puts in an appearance.  We all want to know what her deal is.  I think we all it to be Mary Jane.  That just seems too...obvious and easy.  I would think Marvel has something else up their sleeve with her.  I wouldn't mind a Jackpot mini-series.  Who's with me?

Looking at the last image in the preview, can we assume that Spidey does make it back to New York (yeah I know he will eventually, he just hasn't yet in Secret Invasion) or could that be another Skrull?
