You have to think of it this way G-Man, we're given the oportunity to follow Magneto's motives lately in the two issue's and seeing that he has taken sh1t from all sides, just wanted to be left alone, and then someone comes along and kills the only two he loves.

Quite understandable that he goes looney if you ask me, and seeing that he has thors hammer, its gonna be interesting.

It was a good start. You know, the fact that in just a couples of pages, billions died, including some X-Men and hopefully some members of the Fantastic Four, it was too fast, compared to Secret Invasion for example that is incredibly slow and boring where no important character died (except for a lot of skrulls that no one cares). But like you said, there's only 5 issues so, it's understandable. Beautiful art, not too much of story, but it was ok.
In my opinion 4 out of 5 :D
