Ha ha.  This oughta be good.  Frank was priceless is Civil War.  Can't wait to see him in World War Hulk.  I'm actually enjoying this Punisher series.  I love Matt Fraction's writing.  It's been so long since I've been compelled to even pick up an issue.  Ariel Olvietti's art is pretty sweet too. 

But looking at these images, WTF is up with Frank's Punisher/Cap costume?  He gave the regular one to Winter Soldier.  Obviously this isn't the same one he was wearing during the Hate-Monger arc.  I'm not too sure I like how that's looking.  Reminds me of that messed up time that Frank was dead and had demon powers or whatever that was about.   But I'm gonna trust Mr. Fraction.
