If you like ' The Punisher,' then you may have read Rick Remender's series, ' Fear Agent' which has a similar concept, except that it takes place in outer space. If you happened to be one of the many people that loved the comic and it's main character, then you are in luck! It looks as though Dark Horse's 'Fear Agent' series will be hitting the big screen, backed by Universal Pictures. The project has already been linked to the producer of of Air Force One, Jonathan Shestack who currently holds the spec script. Sounds pretty cool, actually! Have you guys seen the comic? Have you read it? Do you like Heath Huston, the last 'Fear Agent'? If so are you looking forward to seeing it hit the big screen?

Although I haven't heard of the comic until now, a "punisher in space" sounds cool !
Hmmmm i like the Punisher buuut .......some space Punisher wanabe sounds abit naff.

Fear Agent is an incredible comic that has all the makings for a good movie. Highly recommended comic that unfortunately has stopped since Remender has an exclusive with Marvel, it's about a whiskey-drinking space cowboy (spurs on his spacesuit) who loses his family to an alien invasion. Included in the comic are laser ray guns, giant brains, time travel, talking spaceships, and tons of action and intrigue. Definitely worth a reading.
