When I saw the cover, it looked like a spiderman pose. At first glance, it looked like web coming out of his hand
The design is a blatant spider-man rip. Just looks like a black and white symbiote.

Wow, I'm gonna get this. The only downside is the venom thing on the cover, the beginning looked great. Kind of sucks that a superhero story has to get roped in. But I'll save all criticism until I read this.

Ryan Ottley is now becoming a big name artist in comics. Robert Kirkman is a writer that if his name is on the book, more than likely it's going to rock your socks off. Can't wait.
I love Kirkman but there are more morally challenged anti-hero priests in comics than there are run of the mill, child-touching men of god.
The character design was cliche, looks like the story around that character is as well.
