This August, Dynamite Entertainment will release "Army Of Darkness: Ash Saves Obama #1." Yes, you read that correctly, "#1." In a four issue mini-series, Ash, from Army Of Darkness, will be trying to save our beloved President.
He's faced them all, but Ashley J. Williams is about to face the greatest horror of his entire deadite-kickin' career - a comic book convention! But this ain't any ol' comic book convention, this one features a special appearance from the president of the United States of America - Barack Obama! How do things go from there when Ash and Obama are in the same place at the same time? And did we happen to mention that the Necronomicon is there doing the thing it does best - turning ordinary humans into the demon possessed undead!
Ash may have fought off the living dead but does even he have what it takes to fend off the evil forces seen at comic conventions?
The series will feature covers by Todd Nauck and others (to be announced). With a $3.50 cover price, are you going to check it out?

It sounds kinda funny, but more cheesy.
I don't think it's going to happen for me. I already had to cut a lot of comic out of the list of one's I can affored. If I had the money to splurge, maybe I would pick this up, but honestly there are just too many better ones.
