Let's just say that Megan Fox will be getting wet. A lot.
Apparently, Fox will be producing the film along with Safran Productions (Peter Safran, Brian Austin Green and Steve Bessen). Michael Turner will still be an executive producer (even though he unfortunately passed away last year).

Gosh. In Hope & Faith, Miss Fox landed the role of the "Hot Daughter," 30 minutes of her floundering through that part was hard enough, now we get an hour and a half of it? I just hope the movie is better than the comics, because Fathom was a snoozefest without it's pretty pictures.
I figured a picture of her in water would help people get an idea what this would be like. Nothing dirty about that.

i'm a bit aprehensive about this project...
it could go either way, it could be absolutely amazing... or it could be so bad it would make Catwoman look watchable

I liked the idea of Youngblood. I bought the first mini series. I'm not a Liefeld hater. But it seems to have been going all over the place in a non-consistent manner. The idea of Fathom could be cool. I've only read a couple issues. I just don't know if a movie based on a character no one really knows about will be enough to make this something. And Megan Fox may have some popularity but is it enough to carry her own film?
