Marvel's Updated Movie Release Schedule

There's been some rumblings about "Iron Man 2" and "Thor" in the news lately. If things go according to plan, Marvel is going to become a movie powerhouse with all the projects they have coming out.

Marvel has just released a press release stating the new dates.
Iron Man 2 on May 7, 2010 (unchanged)
Thor on June 17, 2011 (changed from July 16, 2010, that makes sense)
Spider-Man 4 on May 6, 2011
Captain America on July 22, 2011 (changed from May 6, 2011)
The Avengers on May 4, 2012 (changed from July 15, 2011)

The plan is to have all the movies (except most likely the Sony produced Spider-Man) interwoven together for the release of The Avengers. We will get a Marvel superhero movie each summer from 2010 to 2012.

The Apocalypse is scheduled for December, so we should all get to see Avengers.

lol that's rich... just live life and forget about the Mayans, the world have been schedule to end hundreds of times and yet here we are... Like that time that the people were panicking about that machine some scientist was creating that was suppose to create a black hole.. Everyone was panicking,.. You know where I was? I was in my room playing video games laying back with a banana split next to me shooting soldiers in call of duty 4.. The next day I went outside looking for the black hole all I got was a black slipper... I step on my dog's doo-doo.. Thank you scientist.

Oh, and Deadpool and Gambit! i KNOW WOLVY origins WILL BE A SUCCESS AND IT WILL HAPPEN! :D

Pretty sure no one here is serious about the Mayans. Also, no one who took high school physics was ever worried about black holes and the LHC.

All I've heard is 2010. But with pretty much nothing happening with it so far, I doubt that will still happen. It'll take time to train all the ants needed to film this movie.
