On the other hand, if they do try to become more proactive in apprehending the 'bad guys,' where will they draw the line? To what means will they be willing to go. It's dangerous territory they'd be treading on. Maxwell Lord already tried policing the entire world. What will they do once they come face-to-face with the evil bad guys?

Sounds good, but it seems Hal is whining just a wee bit about standing in Supes', Bats' and Wondie's "shadow". A bit melodramatic, BUT for the most part, what he's saying is rather interesting. Actually, it's something Hawkman would say. Could be an interesting direction for JLA.
taking the initiative to bring the fight to the bad guys before they do..... nice, i might give this a look....
Is it wrong that this Justice League (not only the team but also the writer and artist) look way more interesting than the "real" Justice League?
someone just let me know when Dick Grayson makes his grand entrance into the League, it better be bad@$$
The best part is that with the League he picks? Hal's gonna get curbstomped if he goes after all the people left over from the Secret Society.
