The widely successful show is expected to return for a fourth season, according to writer/producer Bryan Fuller in an interview with SciFiWire. Many fans, (G-Man included) have gone on the record to say that the show just isn't what it used to be. Fuller is right there with you.

“We love the cast. That’s the thing. … We just sort of have to find better uses for them…What I’m excited about with season four is getting everybody back to the basic principle of ordinary people in an extraordinary world and how these characters are relatable to us and what we would do if we were in their situations, and really grounding it in that conceit.”

So it seems Fuller wants to get back to basics and the root of what initially propelled "Heroes" into becoming such a popular show. Is it a good sign that he wants to remain so formulaic? Will doing what worked the first time, work again? Do you guys still watch the show? If so what would you like to see?

You can catch the fourth season of "Heroes Volume 5: Redemption" this fall on NBC.

I guess I'll watch it, with Bryan Fuller back I think they could still turn this around

always liked this show but it has had its ups and downs
hope they show the fight between peter and sylar in the next season i remember watching that episode and then the fight was coming and i ws like "this is going to be F~@*ing awsome" and i was totally screwed all there was was a flashy light show.

i like it but i think it was dumb that they couldnt save nathan w claires blood like they did before. i also didnt like that they didnt show the fight or that peter didnt get back in the fight with sylar.

Will peter have to keep away from everyone to ensure that he doesnt lose all the powers he got from touching sylar?

we he be able to notice something different about his "brother"

Oh, so its not just me then. I am persecuted among my circle of friends for being bored with this show. I like to try out new shows/stories and stuff and I got into this with the last season and I guess it was a bit late because I could just NOT get into it.

Like next thing I knew, dudes were betraying other dudes who'd just turned good and it was more double crossing and side changing than character development. Maybe this one'll be different, but I'm all ready super behind.

Guess I am in the minority,  I still like the show despite some flaws and will give it my viewing support.  I just think a lot of people are a bit too nitpicky, it's good stuff, like anyone else can create or write something better.  Quit bitching about it.  Seriously.

The first season was spectacular!
And theirs no way they can replicate it , since we already know all about the characters as they have been fully developed.

Although I love the current cast; it would be better to do what they did with the UK television show 'Skins' and replace the whole cast. Or set it into the future with their children or something.

The only reason I watch the show is for Ali Larter, she's brilliant.

Yeah that long stinch put a damper on the show for me. I just could not get back on it at all. I mean I will try to watch it but if the first episode do not catch me I am done.

I'm really hoping it goes well cuz the last couple of episodes before the last season ended was pretty good so hopefully that foreshadows this new season

Its only 13 episodes and is now at 8/7c and then Chuck takes over after the holidays.  I hope they make it work.  It just hasn't been the same.

i also like the show , but it can annoy from time to time . Loads of plotholes and naff developments really screw with some of the arcs . At least they havent killed sylar off yet
