that mask can be dangerous
Thank GOD he's got the mask in the flick! I'm so excited now! Nervous...but excited.
Now that's sweet, I also found a leaked image a while back of Destro in the film wearing his mask. At first I lost my enthusiasm for this movie after I saw the other characters uniforms. But the last few days I've been getting pretty pumped to see this movie. Can't wait to see how it turns out and see Zartan changing his face and the fight between Snake-Eyes & Storm Shadow.

I am not thrilled with this movie at all, from what I have seen so far.
As lovely as Sienna Miller looks. The Baroness doesn't seem to have her iconic accent. No accent. No Baroness. That would be like having Wonder Woman without her lasso of truth or gantlets.
Why do they give the heroes the super soldier body suits? It would be more interesting for the heroes to overcome technology with their own bodies and training. Just seems like a bad excuse for special effects scenes.
The ONLY reason I'm currently at all interested in seeing this movie is for Snake Eyes, but I'm waiting for DVD.

If they can do the same for Cobra Commander then i'll go see the movie.
I was never really into G.I Joe so im not as familiar w/ the characters as some are, but i still might check this movie out if not in theatres then i'll catch it on dvd.
I've been critical of this movie but I'm still going to see it this Friday. The mask looks official by the way.

How did they did Destro's mask right, but got Cobra Commander's so wrong?
Also, I hope I'm not the only man who thinks that Sienna Miller is not that sexy, no matter how much black leather you wrap her in. Shame on the Hollywood idiots who rely on stuff like that to get people to see a movie when we can see that sort of cheap and tawdry stuff anytime we want. A GI Joe movie should at least be faithful to the essence of GI Joe, otherwise why bother?
