Get ready for a role reversal, kids!
Last week we let all you Captain Britain fans know that there was no need to worry, you would all be seeing the British superhero return to comics in the upcoming post-SIEGE mini, Age of Heroes. But if you were wishing to catch a glimpse of the British superhero sooner, then you'll be happy to hear that former MI-13 writer Paul Cornell hit his blog with an image hinting that the next appearance of Captain Britain will be in the May issue of Deadpool Team-Up #893. The book will be written by Rob Williams, and penciled by Matteo Scalera. One look at the incredible cover and my jaw dropped. Humberto Ramos does a phenomenal job, seriously.
While Marvel hasn't yet released any info of what we can expect in the upcoming issue, there is a lot you can tell from Ramos' awesome cover. Is that Deadpool in a bowler hat sipping a cup of tea? And Cap donning a cowboy hat, getting ready to hit a home run? Looks like these two gents engage in a little bit of role reversal in this issue, at least based on the cover. I can't wait to see what happens in this issue and for Marvel's official solicitation! Are you excited for these two characters to team up?
