The Man Of Steel will be making the ultimate sacrifice in the next all-new DC Universe animated original movie. Warner Home Video will be releasing All-Star Superman on Feburary 22, 2011 as a Blu-ray Combo Pack and 2-Disc Special Edition DVD, as well as a single disc DVD and On Demand.

In All-Star Superman, the Man of Steel rescues an ill-fated mission to the Sun, which was sabotaged by Lex Luthor. This causes Superman to be oversaturated by radiation which accelerates his cell degeneration. Sensing that he will be unable to cheat death, Superman will venture into new realms, finally reveal his secret to Lois, confront Lex's perspective of humanity and attempt to ensure Earth's safety before his own impending end with one final selfless act.
