The youngers get questions answered from their future selves. Illyana ports back with Mikhail in tow. He says he threw himself into the vortex of time to try to save his sister's life in the past, and he wants help.

The elders confer: Sam and Dani decide the villainous Mikhail can't be worked with, and they attack. The elders are about to defeat the youngers, but a suddenly more powerful Karma decides to help Mikhail keep his family together. She possesses the elders, and has Roberto take out Sam. Only young Rahne is left to oppose Mikhail.
