So far for the "New" Avengers we've seen Luke Cage, Spider-Man and Wolverine. All have been New Avengers already so are they really still "new"? We've been wondering who would be revealed as the next New Avenger. Marvel has released yet another promo.

Saw it being her, Ms. Marvel or Mockingbird. No surprise there really. Now, the next two may be some new heroes or something, since they are running out of room.

Yeah, Daredevil and Iron Fist will probably be one with another character. Maybe Dr. Voodoo.

I see Daredevil being a New Avengers enemy somewhere down the line with his construction of Shadowland and running the Hand.

Big changes kinda, condensed titles no. Both make me happy. 
 
You've got people returning to the Avengers after years, people returning to past identities, the founders seemingly back together. Not changes so much as return to status quo but since it has been a number of years that is a change. We'll see how different the teams are going to be from their current versions. They're all independent now, maybe they'll be working together now or at least each have their own raison d'etre.

 
Seeing Jewel here reinforces my idea that the 'New' in 'New Avengers' means New York. They seem to be the street level New York types while the other Avengers could go anywhere.

 @CATMANEXE: Avengers Academy is Young Avengers and Avengers Initiative rolled into one. I agree with you. They seem to have diluted it. 
 
As for roles 
 
Avengers- Big fighter of world level threats 
NA- street level fighter 
AA- training for new heroes under old heroes. Most likely where Pym will be place. 
SA- Black op team most likely led by Steve

Thor hasn't been with the Avengers since Disassembled which was what 7 years ago? He's been seen with Steve and Tony but not the Avengers. Clint Barton hasn't been Hawkeye since Disassembled which again was 7 years ago. He's been there yes but it is a change to him to change back to his previous identity. Change doesn't just mean no previous Avengers and all new members who haven't been Avengers before. Tony's been on the run since Osborn took over, Cap's been dead, Hank Pym's been running his team of Avengers (none of whom have been announced as Avengers in the heroic age that I've seen). How do you know that its going to be the same just because it has the same characters? The X-Men are very different since they moved to California though they had the same members. 
 
For the past few years they've been fighting amongst themselves, aliens and Osborn's forces. After Seige that isn't going to be the case, they get to be heroes again. I didnt say random characters I said they've been running around randomly, how many headquarters have they had? They're on the run. That's going to change. An Avengers roster is around 7 or 8 members, for each team they've announced 5 right? They still haven't said who the Secret Avengers are and I don't remember anything official about who's going to be in the Avengers Academy, where it'll be, who's in charge other than theories. It seems the main Avengers are going to go back to a pre-Disassembled state, which may not be a huge change over the whole of Avengers history but is a change since the past few years.

I guess I'm just seeing how things can be different and you're just seeing what apparently isn't changing.

I don't think Cage will be the leader of both teams. I think someone else will be the leader of NA or hope so.
