History
Agent Tresser is assigned as Diana Prince's new partner by Sarge Steel who is not aware of Diana's identity as Wonder Woman. Agent Tresser, better known as Nemesis is a shapeshifter and plays a key role in the Wonder Woman volume which began in 2006. As Diana's partner, his job is to observe (spy on) Wonder Woman.
Nemesis has a flirtatious personality but is a fierce fighter that could easily be underestimated.
His brother Craig was also a government agent but had been brainwashed into killing Tom's mentor. Tom used his intelligence and skills as an inventor to become Nemesis and go after the mastermind behind his mentor and brother's death. After that he joined Sarge Steel's Suicide Squad. When Sarge left for the Department of Metahuman Affairs(DOMA), he brought Nemesis with him.
In the aftermath of Final Crisis, Tom is trapped in Electric City.Powers and Abilities
Nemesis is able to change his appearance to almost anyone.
