Needle is an older tailor who was mugged and lost one of his eyes. But he also gained a power to paralyze people with his gaze of his good eye.
Needle was and elder man who was mugged when leaving from work and in the process losing his eye and his ability to speak. To seek revenge he became Needle and started to attack many different people. He first killed Spider Womans boyfriend Jerry Hunt. But spider Woman defeats him and puts him in jail. Later joining the team Night Shift he was defeated by Armory. Needle has the ability to paralyze people with his gaze. He caries a giant needle around with him and when he attacks his foes he sews their mouths closed.
