    Two mysterious hooded individuals, Lamagg and Ditoss, offer Professor Karl Bollow and his assistant Luisa Waters, technicians of the Blue World Company, a bionic system for the creation of an amphibious man. A year and a half later, Nathan Never is commissioned by a bio-cybernetic research center to guarantee the safe transport of the first amphibious man, Carmix. But before Nathan reaches his destination, a gang of pirates attack the underwater laboratory and take Carmix with them...
