    Sam Dopey, custode del St. George Building, scompare in seguito allo schianto di un flyer contro l'edificio in cui lavora. Lo ritroviamo nella sede bruciata della Flynair Inc., dove una serie di ricordi, collegati a un certo Müller, gli riaffiorano alla mente. Mentre il professor Blumm del Lodovico Hospital lo sta cercando, Dopey/Müller uccide una donna, Clelia Norton, e spara a Nathan Never, facendolo entrare in coma. Nathan lotta tra la vita e la morte, mentre l'agente Jack O' Ryan cerca di far luce sull'identità dell'assassino...
