Napoleon Solo was of two agents co-starring in the television series "The Man from U.N.C.L.E" (1964 - 1968). His partner was Illya Kuryakin. Solo was charming, sophisticated and efficient. He has a weakness for beautiful women that gets him in trouble though. Solo had a taste for expensive suits and ties.
Solo was college educated and had a wealth of knowledge on English literature. He had little working knowledge of science and technology, relying on Kuryakin for information on them. He was a skilled martial artist and pilot. His charm and social skills allowed him to influence and/or manipulate people with relative ease.
