Tapewormed.
@spiderbat87: The most development Namor has had in 70 years is going from a speedo to a jacket. Stagnation for a few years is fine, for decades though is a completely other thing. Even back in the day he was always being humiliated and even the writers knew he couldn't back up everything he said. Namor is a lot of talk, at least now whether you like it not and call Gillen's take on the character bad, keep in mind people that generally hated the character like him cause of Gillen's writing showing Namor isn't just a complete egomaniac who's sole purpose is to take any blonde woman who is already in a relationship. For the past 3 issues of Tabula Rasa, Namor's said some smart things to Hope and showed he can loosen up and have a good interaction with another character without it evolving into something that inflates his ego or punching something.
I disagree with everything you just said, Gillens writing is a joke.@spiderbat87: The most development Namor has had in 70 years is going from a speedo to a jacket. @spiderbat87: And I think Namor getting some jokes and loosening up is a good thing and Gillen has an awesome job so far. I'll have to agree to disagree until Namor does something worthwhile. He has had his moments, just nothing that has been consistent enough for me to like him in a long time.
But seriously, she's vicious. She's got a few out-of-context screen-caps of me that are highly embarrassing.
