In Agents of Atlas he got on tongue terms with his cousin Namora. Though it was revealed that they aren't blood related, but related because Namora was adopted. Though I haven't heard if they knew that before of after their kiss. I so hope it was before.

To answer the question of the thread ... Namor HAS gotten his own girlfriend many times over.  He's also gotten his own wife -- twice.  I just posted about Namor's romances in Countdown to Namor the First Mutant.  There also seems to be some confusion over who is chasing who.  Susan Richards went to Atlantis to enlist his aid in the Civil War.  Emma Frost went to Namor  to enlist his aid for the X-men.  Both of them were trading on his attraction to get what they wanted.  And then there's the implication, in New Avengers Illuminati 4, that Susan Richards goes crying on Namor's shoulder regularly, when she's had enough of Reed's insensitivity.  Namor's response to Reed, shows he's has a better grasp then any of the Illuminati on how to treat a "girlfriend."
