Namor the Sub-Mariner is the ruler of undersea Atlantis. The offspring of a sea captain and an Atlantean princess, he has been both a hero and a villain to the surface world. Namor is one of Marvel's oldest published characters with his origins in the Golden Age of comics.

I told Depp he’s in good company when it comes to admiring Bill Everett’s imperious sea king — last year Clint Eastwood told me Namor was also his favorite.

lol, but it is Namor (evil smile), and he tries hitting on Emma, because he is trying to make the other Cabal people think they don't know each other, and Emma denies him. Yeah I know though, looks... unique here...
Oh, well Hood tries to show the Cabal how he is so bad ass and gansta, so he jumps up on the table and points his guns at Emma and says something trailer trashy, then Emma casually makes him put his own gun in his mouth and then she says something else that burns him, and makes him sit in his seat like a good little boy.

Yeah, I think its his chin. Notice how they made it really soft and round? Usually only female characters get that. Its funny too because we talked about his jaw earlier (well not me) but Namor use to have a really... unique shaped head. Also the eyes, very dreamy really? looks like he is wearing eye liner.
