    It's just a land-dweller's fantasy

I don't know too much about Namor. Now it looks like I'm going to have to looking into more of the stuff he's in.

Another book in the "Curse of the Mutants" arc, it shows that even underwater vampires exist. Namor and other Atlantian warriors are in search for the head of Dracula hidden somewhere in the depths. Little do they know, a trap is about to be sprung.

Namor is probably one of the most interesting characters I have come across since I have been really paying attention to comics. Not too many heroes are underwater. It just comes to show that not every hero has to inhabit a big city or even a small suburb. Some of the greatest heroics can be found underwater.

Art: 5/5 (Just astounding. I love very realistic art.)

    Writing: 5/5

    Overall Interest: 5/5

I absolutely cannot wait for the second book later in September. One day before I turn 17! This will be a great gift for myself.

I have a hard time believing this could be a five.

"Royal Blood" part 1. This is written by Stuart Moore and drawn by Ariel Olivetti. When i first heard about this new Namor on-going series coming out i was pretty excited. I must admit i've never been a Namor fan, but after the Marvels Project mini-series i became a huge Namor fan. Namor was done very well in that mini-series, and i instantly wanted more of the character. So saying i was excited about this on-going is a big understatement. The beginning of this comic we see Namor talking to an o...

The Prince of the Deep 0

Namor is one of the greatest characters in Marvel's awe-inspiringly huge roster. As a big fan, I always rued the fact that he didn't have an ongoing with the staying power of other Marvel A-listers. The fact that his ongoing begins with a Curse of the Mutants tie-in can be a little disconcerting to fans, but fret not! This is the Namor we know and love, and though he's giving a helping hand to the X-men, his trademark brash arrogance is intact, and the creative team here seems to have a really g...
