anybody got any idea why I can't upload images.

So far the  character pages do not show add images for me, when I go to my profile and try to upload images it has add images,but keeps on going back to upload like I never picked an image, and I use Internet Explorer as a browser.

Yes I am when I go to my images and the bar does not change from upload like I never picked an image ,and the add Images button does not appear on the characters profile that I want to upload images on. 

I have not been able to upload new images the last couple of weeks, did they change the way you do it, I never had problems before.
