At the risk of being mind-wiped for doing something wrong, Zatanna would be my choice for a magic mentor. Her magic library in Countdown to Final Criss issue 37 was impressively large.

If I needed someone to make me a judge and executioner, I'd choose the 1970s Spectre.

Professor Charles Xavier would be my first choice if I was a mutant trying to understand and harness my power.

If I was plotting to take over a small country, or needed some technology advice, I'd seek out Victor Von Doom.

Whereas I am enthusiastic about getting new comic issues, I generally show up on a Monday or a Saturday.  While I'm thinking about it, I'll plug my two stores also: Rubelmizer and Vintage Stock.

Okay, so most males probably wouldn't pick this place.  But the Amazons' life on Paradise Island is based upon living in peace (and when necessary, fighting to restore peace), superior scientific development, and transforming criminals into productive citizens.  And, more important, Paradise Island's location is unknown to most people.  What can be better than that?
