not so sure about that but the two kings that this story will revolve around are leader of the inhumans (former?) Black bolt, and mutant powerhouse Vulcan....this is going to be a cosmic level event so it most likely is going to have an impact on earth

Ok firstly his "primary" power is Energy Maniplation at an "above Omega Level" Scale. People say that must have been a mistake by the writter since Omega Level basically means limitless potential...but kinda shows you how powerfull he is.
Now, because he can manpiulate energy at such a monsterous level he can do ton of things, for example one time he shut out both Marvel Girls and Cyclops powers (some thing to do with man ipulating the brain waves dont really know)
He can shoot out fire, electricty, or "energy" from him self which has the effects of ...

Story looks pretty intresting, its a shame theres so many Vulcan haters i actually like the character (should have been written better), i think 1 on 1 he could put up a good fight against Blackbolt but then again Vulcan doesnt fully know how to use his powers *sigh*...... On marvel.com they said that this "event" will sparead over loads of issues so there must be lots of depth to this..anybody got any predictions ?....the only thing,at this point, i can predict is that if Vulcan were to "loose" he wouldnt actually be killed....

urmmmm 2 things what do you mean by back seat, and ares is a greek god...(not saying that you said ares isnt a greek god or anything) but back to topic ares as the god of war has just been a total let down honestly...would he make a good: hero, villain, or aniti-hero ? + what would anyone elses "ideal" ares be like in terms of character appearence and items e.t.c. ?

unfortunatey i think your right....he should have been somethin like thor in terms of a heroic/villainous figure in the form of a god...in stead they just made him some weak ass......nevermind the powers they havent really explained much about him for him to be in the avengers i know what oyur thinking "what is their to explain he is the go of war" but come on he should be a way more ruthless person and wayyyyy stronger....im not only fixated on him being stronger but the whole idea of him being taken down so easily by ultron just isnt rite

well lets think about it...ares the god of WAR should be a good hero/villlain i dunno but the way marvel shows him isnt really rite for instance he should be much stronger than class 70 and the whole portrail thing i think should have been like thor as in he has a magical item in his case a massive sword (with fire around it =D) and should have made a stroner hero..his whole character i like in terms of being really bad ass but he gets taken out to easily which is what i dont like ..
