When he first appeared as a teenager colossus strength was 70 tons. The marvel universe said that it was presumed his strength would increase as he age (as it does in the real world). Aside from that EVERYONE in marvel from PowerMan to Spiderman to BP have been given power upgrades. Given both of these "facts" I think it is safe to say he is class 100

Pre retcon beyonder beats EVERYONE! He was stated to be "millions of times more powerful than ALL the multiverse combined". 

Beyonder has since been changed again, and is now a mutant inhuman. This "new" and most current version of beyonder appears to be as powerful as pre-retcon. SOOOOOOOOOO current beyonder for the win.

Kraven is too much for DD.  He is almost 9 times stronger than DD ( 2 tons vs 450), way faster (Kraven can run up to 60mph), and has better reflexes than DD (DD olympic level, Kraven superior to Olympic level). DD is quick and is a real badass, but I don't think he could stand up to Kraven.

Fedor. Way too skilled in striking, takedowns, submissions, etc. etc.

I don't think Legolas would have a chance against Hawkeyes "special" arrows (he would never be able to avoid his explosive arrow). HOWEVER, Legolas' superhuman speed would allow him to shoot three arrows into Hawkeye's head before Clint could even pull his bowstring.
