Name: Steven Reed
Aliases: Steve the Pirate, The Orange Buccaneer, Captain Reed, Herald of the Corsairs
Steven Reed was always given the short end of the stick, as it were. Turned down by colleges, jobs, women, everything. The only joy he had in his life was the only job he could get. A server at "The Galley" dressed as a pirate, and nicknamed "Steve the Pirate." He really got into the spirit of the character, accidentally talking like a pirate in casual conversation. He often researched pirate lore to really get in character.
His life changed when he was chosen by the orange ring of the Corsairs. His life of having things taken from him and believing that you can only people with money can succeed in life made him the ideal candidate for the Herald of the Order. Granted his ring of power, he saw it as his chance to make his mark on the world, and even the universe. Using the ring, he raised and repaired the sunken ship, the Whydah, the flagship of "Black" Sam Bellamy, the wealthiest pirate in history. With the ship being modified to serve his purposes as a permanent orange light construct, he set sails for the stars in search of all treasures, for they would all be his one day.

The Whydah: A large pirate ship that Steven manipulates as if it were one of his constructs. It has been enlarged to compensate a larger crew, more cannons have been added, and it can sail through space. It's maneuverability is astonishingly unbelievable for a ship of it's size and style, able to maneuver and sail at the speeds of most other starships. The Whydah's power is on such a scale that it alone can be used to lay siege to planets. During raids on planets, Steven has the Whydah circle the planet and fire constantly at the planets surface, targeting highly populated areas from orbit.
