My Super Life
A manifested form of sloth born from a dream somewhere in new mexico. After being dreamed he was turned out into the physical world as a soul, he then possessed a human body for the first time. Despite is age of almost 1500 years his knowledge of history and geology dwindles because information overload causes his memories to disolve. For his second life he chose the body of a middle aged man, but the shock of total possession of his body caused him to have a heart attack and die. Third he chose an infant and discovered his mind and stream of concious thought was unaffected by age, he kept the name John which he was given during his 15th life.

During his 14th life a personification of faith came looking for him, he too had been born from the same dream and sought what he believed to be his brother. Faith came with plans for domination of the country, even the world, but Sleep (as he was then known) feared hard work and and eventually fought with Faith, during their final battle Faith cut off Sleep's head. His soul then fled the country. Now he rebels against his brethren manifestations, he has settled down in a small town in the UK to relax and annoy people indirectly. He cannot have children nor can he truly die, it is said on judgement day he will be judged as mortals are. He suffers from a calcium deficiency which causes his bones to be very brittle. He stills keeps in contact with and sometime sees Humour and Faith, he also kept a in touch with his sister Strength.

From the brilliant minds of Hugh Sterbakov and Seth Green comes a breath of fresh air in the form of a debut comic.

The Freshmen, I reccently purchased the first series and was highly impressed by the conjoined elements of comedy and tragedy.

The powers are well thought out and interesting and the characters are fun to read not to mention well drawn.

i recommend it to anyone who can laugh at a good hero pun now and again.

Batman's got a chance, but Superman would win 8 times out of 10.
